Return period: 14 days
You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
Conditions
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging and in good condition.
- Contact us first at leoninho_sh2008@hotmail.com with your order number: we will give you the return address. Please do not send the parcel back without our agreement.
- Return shipping costs are at your expense, except for defective or wrong items.
Defective, damaged or wrong item
Write to us within 14 days of receipt with photos. We will send a replacement or refund you, including shipping costs.
Refund
Once we have received and checked the return, we refund you using the original payment method within 14 days.
Parcel not received
If your parcel does not arrive within the stated time, contact us: we will investigate with the carrier and refund or resend your order.
