- Free shipping on orders of CHF 70 or more.

Shipping countries
We ship to Switzerland, all of Europe and many other countries.
Delivery times
- Order processing: 1 to 3 business days.
- Transit: usually 8 to 15 business days to Switzerland and Europe, up to 20 business days for other destinations.
Our items are shipped directly from our logistics partners' warehouses, some of which are outside Europe. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number.
Customs and taxes
Depending on the destination country, customs duties, import VAT or clearance fees may be charged on delivery. They are paid by the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Delivery address
Please check your address carefully. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address, the cost of re-shipping is at your expense.
Lost, late or damaged parcel
If your parcel has not arrived 25 business days after shipping, or if it arrives damaged, email us at leoninho_sh2008@hotmail.com with your order number (and photos if needed). We will send the item again or refund you.
