3. Products
We describe our products with great care. They are everyday items (kitchen, car, fitness). They are not medical devices and make no therapeutic claims. Slight colour differences may occur depending on your screen.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF) or in the currency displayed, including taxes where applicable. Shipping costs and any customs duties or import taxes are shown before you confirm your order or at checkout. Payment is due when you place your order.
5. Orders
The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error or if the product is unavailable; you will then be refunded in full.

8. Statutory warranty
Your statutory warranty rights in case of a defective product remain applicable. If an item arrives defective or damaged, contact us with a photo: we will replace or refund it.
